Do you feel run down and drained of physical or emotional energy? Do you feel that you are not getting what you want out of your job? We run around like chickens without a head, trying to figure out how to get as many things done in a day, as we can. Believe it or not, this can drain you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Burnout is a serious problem in today's world and can create both physical and mental exhaustion.
