Do you feel run down and drained of physical or emotional energy? Do you feel that you are not getting what you want out of your job? Most of us get tired and run down from everyday routines that keep us strained, frustrated and wondering, "when is it all going to get better?" Working people naturally get stressed out, whether self-employed or working for someone else.

We run around like chickens without a head, trying to figure out how to get as many things done in a day, as we can. Believe it or not, this can drain you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Burnout is a serious problem in today's world and can create both physical and mental exhaustion.

• Up to 90% of all visits to primary care physicians are for stress-related complaints or disorders.

• About a million people each day in the US are absent from work due to stress-related disorders.

• Stress has been linked to all the leading causes of death, including heart disease, cancer, lung
